| dc.description.abstract | Метою дипломної роботи є узагальнення теоретико-методологічних аспектів організаційної структури в управлінні організацією та обґрунтування на цій основі заходів щодо вдосконалення організаційної структури конкретно вітчизняної компанії. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування організаційної структури управління в умовах нових економічних відносин. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, наукові та практичні засади діагностики та удосконалення організаційної структури управління конкретним підприємством. The aim of the diploma work is to generalize the theoretical and methodological aspects of the organizational structure in the management of the organization and to substantiate on this basis the measures to improve the organizational structure of a domestic company in particular. The object of the study is the process of forming the organizational structure of management in the conditions of new economic relations. The subject of the study is the theoretical, scientific and practical principles of diagnosis and improvement of the organizational structure of management of a specific enterprise. | |
