dc.description.abstractВ умовах браку наукових публікацій, у яких поєднуються питання реалізації національних економічних інтересів та розвитку міжнародних фінансових організацій, в роботі поглиблено розкриття системи чинників, тенденцій та конкурентної взаємодії держав з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями для підвищення ефективності реалізації національних економічних інтересів у процесі загострення кризових, посткризових та трансформаційних викликів. Окреслено теоретико-методологічні рамки, системну трансформацію моделі фінансової трилеми реалізації національних економічних інтересів та запропоновано авторське визначення формули національних економічних інтересів у фінансовому секторі. Визначено, що прагнення реалізації національних економічних інтересів в умовах глобалізації та глобальної конкуренції штовхає держави до взаємодії з іншими державами як на двосторонній основі, так і на платформах міжнародних фінансових організацій. Виявлено, що особливо яскраво виражених кількісних та якісних змін забезпеченість світової економіки фінансовим ресурсами зазнала в останні два десятиліття, коли зросли як обсяги доступних ресурсів, так і різноманіття їх джерел. Продемонстровано, що технології, особливо цифрові, призводять як до зростання кількості та обсягів міжнародних фінансових операцій, так і зменшення їх собівартості, що у сукупності призводить до зростання конкуренції та централізації капіталу у фінансовому секторі. Підсумовано, що міжнародні фінансові організації долучені до створення глобального публічного блага та намагаються діяти в інтересах світової економіки; найбільший внесок у розвиток міжнародних фінансових організацій зробили США, що обумовило їх унікальну лідерську позицію в глобальній фінансовій архітектурі; МВФ робить найбільший внесок у забезпечення глобальної монетарної стабільності. In the context of a shortage of scientific publications that combine the issues of implementing national economic interests and developing international financial organizations, the work provides an in-depth disclosure of the system of factors, trends and competitive interaction of countries with international financial organizations to improve the efficiency of implementing national economic interests in the process of aggravation of crisis, post-crisis and transformation challenges. The theoretical and methodological framework, systemic transformation of the financial trilemma model for implementing national economic interests are outlined, and the author’s definition of the formula for national economic interests in the financial sector is proposed. It is determined that the intention to implement national economic interests in the context of globalization and global competition forces countries to interact with other countries both on a bilateral basis and on the platforms of international financial organizations. It is revealed that the provision of the world economy with financial resources has undergone particularly pronounced quantitative and qualitative changes in the last two decades, when both the volumes of available resources and the diversity of their sources have increased. It is demonstrated that technologies, especially digital ones, lead to both an increase in the number and volume of international financial transactions and a decrease in their cost, which in total leads to an increase in competition and the centralization of capital in the financial sector. It is concluded that international financial organizations are involved in the creation of a global public well-being and try to act in the interests of the world economy; the United States has made the greatest contribution to the development of international financial organizations, which determined its unique leadership position in the global financial architecture; the IMF makes the greatest contribution to ensuring global monetary stability.
