Abstract
Antonio Rodriguez (Barcelona, 1989. Master and Law
Degree in Laws at ESADE). Antonio found Efficient Happiness in
2018, a pioneer company with the goal of increasing workplace
happiness levels to help organizations reach their full potential and
ensure people bring the best version of themselves to work. We are
focused on the emotional state of organizations, what represents a
new paradigm, and we have a professional and unique method perfect
for all markets. We believe people are the engine of our organizations.
Efficient Happiness is currently working in Spain, United States and
Mexico.
In this session, according to a post-pandemic and war and post-war
scenario, taking care of people, not only in the workplace, but
everywhere is more important than ever. The real innovation is not
going to be about technology, is going to be about humanization. We
have to take care of our people and control how emotions affect them
in order to take the best decisions. Thus, resiliency policies must be
taken into account if we want to overcome the most difficult moments.
