dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена дослідженню еволюції одного з провідних напрямів сучасної економічної думки — неолібералізму. Розкрито його теоретичний зв’язок із засадничими положеннями класичної політичної економії, зокрема принципами свободи економічної діяльності та обмеженості втручання держави в господарські процеси. Аргументовано поступовий відхід неолібералізму в 30-х рр. ХХ ст. від постулатів неокласики, модифікацію методологічних засад ліберальної концепції та формування власного теоретико-методологічного підгрунтя неолібералізму шляхом поєднання мікроекономічного рівня аналізу із дослідженнями макропроцесів, визнання можливості коригування державою ринкового ладу та її суттєвого регулюючого впливу на соціально-економічні процеси, подальшого розвитку поняття економічної і політичної свободи індивіда та її зв’язку з економічною ефективністю системи загалом. На основі особливостей застосування зазначених методологічних принципів та механізмів їх реалізації в практиці господарських перетворень розкрито розвиток найбільш впливових наукових шкіл у межах неоліберального напряму світової економічної думки: австрійської, німецької, англійської, французької шкіл та монетаризму (Чиказька школа неолібералізму). Проаналізовано причини наростання та сутність критичних оцінок сучасних економістів щодо ефективності неоліберальної економічної політики на початку ХХІ ст. як у державах з розвинутою ринковою економікою, так і в пострадянських країнах. The article is dedicated to the study of the evolution of one of the main directions of modern economic thought — neoliberalism. Its theoretical connection with the basic provisions of classical political economy, in particular with the principles of freedom of economic activity and limited state intervention in economic processes, is revealed. The article reasons the gradual departure of neoliberalism in the thirties of the XX century from the postulates of neoclassicism, modification of the methodological foundations of the liberal concept and the formation of its own theoretical and methodological basis of neoliberalism by combining the microeconomic level of analysis with the study of macroprocesses, recognizing the possibility of adjusting the market environment by the state and its significant regulatory influence on socio-economic processes, further development of the concept of economic and political freedom of the individual and its connection with the economic efficiency of the system as a whole. Based on the use of the features of these methodological principles and mechanisms of their implementation in the practice of economic transformations, the development of the most influential scientific schools within the boundaries of the neoliberal direction of world economic thought: Austrian, German, English, French schools and monetarism (Chicago school of neoliberalism) is revealed. The reasons for the growth and the essence of critical assessments of modern economists regarding the effectiveness of neoliberal economic policy at the beginning of the XXI century both in countries with developed market economies and in ex-USSR countries are analyzed.uk_UA
