| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена основним проблемам та перспективам запровадження такої форми академічного підприємництва як академічні бізнес-інкубатори. Досліджувалися можливості сучасного державно-правового забезпечення належним чином охопити проблему функціонування академічних бізнес-інкубаторів. Розкрито особливості та недоліки сучасного стану законодавчого забезпечення такої форми академічного підприємництва. Досліджені проблеми та шляхи їх вирішення в сфері створення належної правової бази для функціонування бізнес-інкубаторів на базі закладів вищої освіти. Проведено аналіз ролі таких закладів у створенні та забезпечення практичної діяльності бізнес-інкубаторів. Визначено економічний зміст діяльності академічнихбізнес-інкубаторів. Простежена їх участь в процесі комерціалізації результатів інноваційної діяльності закладів вищої освіти. | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis is devoted to the main problems and prospects of introducing academic business incubators as a form of academic entrepreneurship. It have been explored the possibilities of modern state-legal provision to adequately cover the problem of the academic business incubators functioning. The peculiarities and disadvantages of the current state of legal adjusting of this form of academic entrepreneurship were revealed. There were disclosed the problems and ways of their solution in the field of creation of the proper legal basis for the business incubators functioning on the basis of institutions of higher education. In the thesis the emphasis was placed on the relationship between the educational and economic function of institutions of higher education. There were determined the peculiarities of practical realization of economic function within the framework of academic entrepreneurship. The necessity of introducing academic business incubators into the practice of functioning of modern domestic universities was proved. It was also made the analysis of the role of such institutions in the creation and provision of practical activity of business incubators. The economic content of the activity of academic business incubators was determined. It has been traced the participation of academic business incubators in the process of commercialization of the results of innovative activity of institutions of higher education. | uk |
