dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено актуальні проблеми логістики України, які з’явились внаслідок війни. Визначено пріоритетні напрями трансформації логістики з урахуванням поточних змін. Досліджено стан логістичної інфраструктури України, оцінено масштаб збитків внаслідок військових дій росії. Представлено результати експертного дослідження впливу проблем в логістиці на бізнес і визначено ключові їх наслідки. Описано проблеми забезпечення безпеки організації і планування маршрутів, складської підтримки, проведення перевезень. Розглянуто проблему низького потенціалу сучасної логістики та визначено напрями його зростання. Охарактеризовано основні зміни ланцюгів постачань підприємств і обрано як пріоритетну концепцію їх трансформації DDMRP підхід. Представлено оптимізовані напрями розвитку логістики в сучасних реаліях. The article discusses the current problems of logistics in Ukraine that have emerged as a result of the war. Priority areas of logistics transformation are determined, based on current changes. The situation with Ukraine’s logistics infrastructure is analysed, and the damages caused by Russia’s military actions are estimated. The results of an expert research on the impact of logistics problems on business are presented and their main effects are identified. The study of current logistics problems in wartime in Ukraine has shown that companies are facing significantly increased logistics challenges. The most important factors that affect the efficiency of logistics processes are the instability of the situation at the front line, the complexity of transportation routes, restrictions on movement, changes in warehouses, etc. The article describes the problems of ensuring the safety of organizing and planning routes, warehouse support, and transportation. In addition to the situation in the warehouses, there were difficulties with the procurement of goods. This is due to the fact that the number of suppliers has decreased and the range of products has become somewhat limited. The main changes in the supply chains of enterprises are characterized, and the DDMRP approach is chosen as a priority concept for their transformation. This approach allows planning the storage volumes of goods based on the actual consumption, taking into account potential fluctuations in demand. The problem of the low potential of modern logistics is considered, and the directions of its growth are determined. The article presents optimized directions of logistics development in modern realities. Nowadays, logistics is the main aspect of ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. Thanks to the latest approaches in logistics, the use of innovative software and modern equipment, companies were able to respond quickly to market changes and ensure efficient operations during martial law.uk_UA
