| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано ключові процеси, пов’язані з роллю фінансового ринку у формуванні інвестиційного клімату в економіці Узбекистану. Авторами оцінено умови та фактори покращення інвестиційного середовища шляхом розширення діяльності даного ринку. Систематизовано особливості розвитку фінансового ринку як основної форми механізму ефективного впливу законів щодо попередження завдання шкоди на інвестиційні процеси. Авторами відмічається, що їхня взаємодія з інвестиційним ринком визначає макроекономічну рівновагу не тільки в країнах з ринковою економікою, а й у світовій економіці в цілому. Виокремлено основні фактори розвитку та фінансування інвестиційних проєктів, притаманні економіці Узбекистану. Авторами структуровано актуальні джерела фінансування інвестиційних проєктів, здійснено класифікацію учасників даного процесу. У статті проаналізовано основні критерії відбору інвестиційних проєктів за різними методиками, а також з огляду на підходи, що пропонуються Світовим банком. Наводиться порівняння фінансового та загальноекономічного підходів до оцінювання інвестиційних проєктів. Авторами проаналізовано основні чотири підходи, що застосовуються в процесі оцінювання економічної ефективності проєктів, а саме: методи на основі розрахунку чистої теперішньої вартості, внутрішньої норми прибутку, рентабельності інвестицій та дисконтованого періоду окупності. Окреслено наявні недоліки, притаманні сучасним підходам до визначення перспективності проєктів з точки зору інвестування, а також перспективні напрями подальшого вдосконалення такого оцінювання. На основі проведеного аналізу авторами доповнено методику оцінювання ефективності інвестиційного проєкту, запропоновано загальні критерії перевірки доцільності інвестиційного проєкту. Досліджуються напрями посилення впливу фінансового ринку на розширення інвестицій в економіку. Сформовано наукові пропозиції та практичні рекомендації щодо покращення інвестиційного клімату шляхом розширення діяльності фінансового ринку в Узбекистані. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | The article analyzes key processes related to the role of the financial market in the formation of the investment climate in the economy of Uzbekistan. The authors assessed the conditions and factors for improving the investment environment by expanding the activities of this market. The peculiarities of the development of the financial market as the main form of the mechanism of effective influence of laws on the prevention of damage to investment processes are systematized. The authors note that their interaction with the investment market determines macroeconomic balance not only in countries with a market economy, but also in the world economy as a whole. The main factors of development and financing of investment projects inherent in the economy of Uzbekistan are highlighted. The authors have structured the current sources of investment projects financing, classified the participants in this process. The article analyzes the main criteria for selecting investment projects using various methods, as well as taking into account the approaches proposed by the World Bank. A comparison of financial and general economic approaches to the evaluation of investment projects is presented. The authors analyzed the four main approaches used in the process of evaluating the economic efficiency of projects, namely: methods based on the calculation of net present value, internal rate of return, return on investment and discounted payback period. The existing shortcomings inherent in modern approaches to determining the prospects of projects from the point of view of investment are outlined, as well as promising directions for further improvement of such an assessment. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the authors supplemented the method of evaluating the effectiveness of the investment project, proposed general criteria for checking the feasibility of the investment project. The directions of strengthening the influence of the financial market on the expansion of investments in the economy are being studied. Scientific proposals and practical recommendations on improving the investment climate by expanding the activity of the financial market in Uzbekistan were formed. | |
