dc.description.abstractThe work substantiates the theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of improving the company's organizational culture. On the basis of a comprehensive diagnosis of the existing organizational culture of LLC "Metinvest-SMC", measures to improve it have been developed, as well as a complex of organizational support for the implementation of the proposed measures has been developed. У роботі обґрунтовано теоретичні, методичні і практичні аспекти удосконалення організаційної культури компанії. На основі комплексної діагностики наявної організаційної культури ТОВ "Метінвест-СМЦ" розроблено заходи її удосконалення, а також розроблено комплекс організаційного забезпечення реалізації запропонованих заходів.
