| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджено інтерактивні форми проведення занять у закладах вищої освіти, систематизовано методи і прийоми, результати та ефекти інтерактивного навчання. Проаналізовано результати анонімного опитування студентів на предмет їх зацікавленості тренінговими формами навчання (за роками та у розрізі окремих дисциплін), які застосовуються на кафедрі фінансів Київського національного економічного університету імені Вадима Гетьмана. Визначено, що тренінг є одним із дієвих методів, який за своєю суттю є засобом активізації навчання студентів та дає змогу реалізувати основні принципи сучасних концепцій викладання: проблемності, погодженості та системності, орієнтованості на наявний досвід, націленості на самонавчання, професійної орієнтованості, а також зворотного зв’язку. В якості методів активізації освітньо-пізнавальної діяльності студентів кафедрою застосовуються: міні-лекції, проблемні лекції, семінари-дискусії, робота в малих групах, презентації, кейс-метод тощо. На основі практики доведено, що використання тренінгових занять дозволяє всебічно викласти матеріал курсу та мотивувати студентів, що, в свою чергу, сприяє підвищенню якості знань. Такий досвід служить підґрунтям розуміння сутності майбутньої практичної роботи і дозволяє студентам більш свідомо орієнтуватися в подальшому професійному навчанні. Зроблено висновки щодо доцільності проведення тренінгових занять на всіх етапах освітнього процесу. The authors investigate the main methods of teacher-student interaction during the learning process. It is determined that interactive methods are the most effective. Being one of such methods training is a special form of group activity with its capabilities, limitations, rules, and problems. This form of learning is different from the usual logic of the educational process: not from theory to practice, but from the formation of new experience to its theoretical understanding through application. The problem of higher education today is the intensiϔication of competition in the market of educational services, which implies increased requirements for the innovative capacity of teachers and the quality of the educational process. The purpose of this article is to investigate interactive forms of learning for higher education students in order to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in practical situations. Using the anonymous survey of students studying at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman during 2014–2019, it was determined the percentage of their satisfaction in conducting training sessions in general and in particular disciplines. The highest percentage of student interest is shown in the interdisciplinary training, which is carried out at the master's level and is closely related to the preparation of the master's thesis. To improve the educational process, it is necessary to use training classes for students studying particular ϔinancial disciplines, which will be the key for training highly professional specialists in the ϔinancial ϔield. | uk_UA |
