| dc.description.abstract | Проаналізовано стратегії співпраці міжнародних фінансових організацій з Україною в розрізі пріоритетних напрямів на середньострокову перспективу. На основі дослідження світового досвіду та широкого спектра документів сформульовано пропозиції щодо можливостей імплементації ефективних підходів і практик у частині подальшої розбудови управління ресурсами міжнародних фінансових інституцій в Україні; визначено напрями співробітництва з ними й перспективні підходи стосовно залучення міжнародного фінансування та технічної допомоги; обґрунтовано стратегічні орієнтири розвитку та шляхи підвищення ефективності міжнародної фінансової співпраці в контексті реалізації Стратегії реформування системи управління державними фінансами, Стратегії “Україна – 2020”, Стратегії ЄБРР для України на 2018–2023 роки, Програми діяльності Кабінету Міністрів України, Середньострокової стратегії управління державним боргом на 2019–2022 роки, Концепції партнерства зі Світовим банком тощо. Визначені в дослідженні стратегічні напрями націлені на посилення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняної економіки на інноваційних та інвестиційних засадах, підвищення рівня життя, добробуту й забезпечення рівних можливостей громадян, підтримку структурних зрушень за рахунок розвитку високотехнологічних перспективних секторів економіки. The article analyzes the strategies of cooperation of international financial organizations with Ukraine in the context of priority areas of cooperation for the medium term. Based on the study of international experience and documents of international organizations, the authors have formulated proposals on the possibilities of implementing effective approaches and practices in the further development of financial resources management of international financial institutions in Ukraine; strategic directions of cooperation with international organizations have been identified and perspective approaches for attracting international financing and technical assistance have been outlined; strategic development orientations and ways of enhancing the effectiveness of Ukraine’s international financial cooperation in the context of the implementation of the national strategy for reforming the system of public financial management, Strategy - 2020, EBRD Strategy for Ukraine for 2018-2023, the Program of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Mid-term Strategy for 2019 -2022 years, World Bank Partnership Concepts and more. The authors outline and summarize the scientific and methodological approaches and make proposals for the development and modernization of strategic approaches to the regulation of Ukraine’s international financial cooperation. In particular, the study identifies key areas, tasks, results of attracting international financial assistance from international organizations, cooperation with international financial institutions by 2025, in accordance with the current state program documents. The strategic directions identified by the authors in the study are aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the domestic economy on innovation and investment bases, improving the standard of living, welfare and equal opportunities of citizens, supporting structural changes due to the development of high-tech perspective sectors of the economy. | uk_UA |
