dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджуються глобальні тенденції розвитку світового ринку інформаційних технологій (ІТ), що визначають нові можливості та виклики для ІТ-підприємств. Проаналізовано ключові фактори, які впливають на ринок, зокрема розвиток штучного інтелекту, хмарних технологій, обробки великих даних та Інтернету речей. Визначено основні проблеми, з якими стикаються ІТ-компанії, такі як конкуренція за таланти, кібербезпека та політична нестабільність у різних регіонах. Окремо розглянуто роль ІТ-аутсорсингу, який залишається важливим інструментом оптимізації витрат та підвищення ефективності бізнесу. Досліджено вплив новітніх технологій на трансформацію бізнес-моделей, що змушує компанії постійно адаптуватися до змін. Наголошено на необхідності інвестицій у розвиток компетенцій працівників та впровадження інноваційних рішень для збереження конкурентних переваг. Підкреслено важливість стратегічного управління та гнучкості у відповідь на глобальні економічні та політичні виклики. Розглянуто вплив регуляторних змін на діяльність ІТ-підприємств, зокрема посилення контролю за обробкою даних. Визначено потенціал географічного розширення ринку ІТ, де ключовими гравцями залишаються країни Азії, хоча і з певними викликами для інших регіонів, таких як Україна. Зроблено висновок, що успішне функціонування ІТ-компаній у сучасних умовах залежить від їх здатності до швидкої адаптації, ефективного використання технологій та стратегічного управління інноваціями. The article examines global trends in the development of the world information technology (IT) market, which determine new opportunities and challenges for IT enterprises. Key factors affecting the market are analyzed, including the development of artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, big data processing and the Internet of Things. The main challenges faced by IT companies are identified, such as competition for talent, cyber security and political instability in various regions. The role of IT outsourcing, which remains an important tool for optimizing costs and improving business efficiency, is considered separately. The influence of the latest technologies on the transformation of business models, which forces companies to constantly adapt to changes, is studied. The need for investments in the development of employee competencies and the implementation of innovative solutions to preserve competitive advantages is emphasized. The importance of strategic management and flexibility in response to global economic and political challenges is emphasized. The impact of regulatory changes on the activities of IT enterprises is considered, in particular, the strengthening of control over data processing. The potential for geographical expansion of the IT market has been determined, where Asian countries remain the key players, albeit with certain challenges for other regions, such as Ukraine. It was concluded that the successful functioning of IT companies in modern conditions depends on their ability to quickly adapt, effective use of technologies and strategic management of innovations.
