dc.description.abstractРозглянуто особливості перебігу здійснення процесу демократичного транзиту в Україні в умовах реалізації проекту національного державотворення. Дослідницьку увагу акцентовано на висвітленні специфіки забезпечення транспарентності і конкурентності у царині вітчизняної політики як важливих показників (індикаторів) становлення і розвитку нормативно-процедурного та світоглядно-ціннісного вимірів демократії. Встановлено, що сучасний політичний режим в Україні слушно охарактеризувати як гібридний з точки зору реалізації у політичному полі ціннісної опозиції «влада-свобода», що багато в чому зумовлює поширення імітаційних, псевдо- демократичних форм і практик політичного життя. Доведено, що до найважливіших інституційних гарантій забезпечення незворотності процесу демократичного транзиту в Україні нині належить нормативно закріплений режим транспарентності діяльності органів державної влади і місцевого самоврядування, а також визнання і забезпечення умов повноцінної політичної конкуренції як усталеного принципу нормативно-процедурного та світоглядно-ціннісного вимірів політики.uk
dc.description.abstractThe features of the flow of a process of democratic transit in Ukraine in the project of national state. Research attention is focused on the specifics of ensuring transparency and competition in the field of domestic policy as important indicators (indicators) of formation and development of regulatory, procedural and ideological-value measurements of democracy. It is established that the current political regime in Ukraine rightly be described as a hybrid from the point of view of implementation in the political field the value of the opposition «power-freedom», which largely determines the distribution of the simulation, pseudo-democratic forms and practices of political life. It is proved that in the most important institutional guarantees for the sustainability of the process of democratic transit in Ukraine now belongs to regulate the regime of transparency of activity of government and local self-government and the recognition and implementation of full political competition as the established principle of normative-procedural and ideological-value measurements policy.uk
