dc.description.abstractРезильєнтність як здатність індивідів, груп або систем адаптуватися, відновлюватися та процвітати в умовах стресу, труднощів або змін набуває особливої актуальності в сьогоденних умовах. У сучасних дослідженнях цей термін все частіше вживається в контексті психології, підприємництва, соціології та екології, адже це ключовий soft skill, особливо для теперішніх підприємців. В умовах швидко змінюваного ринку та невизначеності здатність адаптуватися та відновлюватися стає критично важливою. Уміння виживати, знаходити нові шляхи розвитку під час складних часів, гідно виходити з непередбачуваних обставин, мати імунітет для системного подолання несприятливих умов, підтримувати емоційну стабільність - ось чому сприяє резильєнтність, адже допомагає опановувати навики управління стресом, вчитися на помилках та вдосконалюватися. Resilience as the ability of individuals, groups or systems to adapt, recover and thrive under conditions of stress, difficulties or changes is gaining particular relevance in modern conditions, and today this term is increasingly used in the context of psychology, entrepreneurship, sociology and ecology, because it is a key soft skill, especially for modern entrepreneurs. In a rapidly changing market and uncertainty, the ability to adapt and recover becomes critical. In the conditions of uncontrollable changes, which are now forced circumstances during a full-scale invasion for Ukrainian entrepreneurs, resilience deserves special attention as an important skill that facilitates adaptation to changes. Unforeseen situations often arise in business, and only resilient entrepreneurs are able to quickly respond to changes in the market, technologies, and business processes. Business is inextricably linked to risk, which requires an immunity to systemic failure, facilitated by resilience The main task of entrepreneurs is to make management decisions, and a high level of stress can negatively affect this process. Because resilient people cope better with stress and maintain emotional stability, this is an especially necessary skill for today's entrepreneurs. An entrepreneur who possesses a high level of emotional intelligence is able to create an appropriate atmosphere among his subordinates, a resilient entrepreneur is able to support the spirit of the team, motivating it to achieve joint achievements, even in a crisis, and the ability to accept challenges, in turn, can stimulate a creative approach to solving problems and search for new opportunities, thus developing business innovation.
