| dc.description.abstract | У статті представлено обґрунтування доцільності відновлення молочно-товарної ферми на новій технологічній основі, що забезпечує отримання вищих показників продуктивності й ефективності виробництва, а також відповідає нормам Європейського Союзу. Досліджено сучасні технологічні рішення для молочного скотарства, ринкові можливості і технічні аспекти реалізації проєкту відновлення ферми в існуючому аграрному підприємстві, розглянуто сценарії його реалізації. Розраховані показники ефективності проєкту показують високу ефективність інвестицій, особливу у разі часткового відшкодування з державного бюджету вартості будівництва і придбання нетелів. The paper examinesmodern technological solutions for dairy farming and presents the feasibility study of restoration of a dairy farm on a new technological basis, which ensures higher productivity and economic efficiency, as well as compliance with European Union standards.The reduction of milk production in Ukraine caused by the closure of farms with a low technological level, the reduction of production in households, and the impact of the war with the Russian Federation. The shortage of quality milk for the needs of theprocessing industry leads to high purchase prices. With the accession of Ukraine to the EU, the problem of the lack of milk due to the non-compliance of many old farms with EU norms will worsen the situation. This creates favorable opportunities for investment in modern dairy farms.The work substantiates the project of re-establishment of the dairy farm in the SFG «Viktoria» in Khmelnytska oblast of Ukraine, taking into account the possibility of using the existing buildings, roads, and communications that remained on the site of the former Soviet farm. The total investment will amount to UAH 29.08 million with a planned herd of 250 Holstein dairy cows. With the projected average productivity of 7,000 kg per head per year and the sale of high-quality milk,the project is cost-effective. Other scenarios of its implementation were also considered. The designed solutions will fully allow the production of extra-grade milk, which is a sought-after raw material in Ukraine for the production of high-quality dairyproducts. If the state budget reimburses 50% of the cost of construction and 80% of the cost of purchasing breeding nettles, the project has very high efficiency indicators.The project corresponds to the strategy of agricultural development and can be implemented in practice, as well as used by other agribusiness enterprises to make relevant decisions. | |
