Abstract
На основі критичного узагальнення наукових інтерпретацій «стратегічних розривів» представлено авторське визначення, яке є результатом синтезу найбільш значущих їх характеристик.
On the basis of summarizing critical scientific interpretations of "strategic gaps" the author's definition is presented, which is the result of the synthesis of their most significant characteristics.
