dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна магістерська робота присвячена управлінню бізнес-процесами виведення нового продукту на ринок. Актуальність дослідження обумовлена потребою підвищення ефективності цих процесів. Розглянуто теоретико-методологічні аспекти, проаналізовано діяльність ТОВ «ТК АРДІС» та ідентифіковано бізнес-процеси виведення нового продукту на ринок. Проведено реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів для підвищення ефективності. The qualification master’s thesis is devoted to the management of business processes for launching a new product on the market. The relevance of the research is due to the need to increase the efficiency of these processes. Theoretical and methodological aspects are considered, the activities of LLC «TK ARDIS» are analyzed and business processes for launching a new product on the market are identified. Business process reengineering is carried out to increase efficiency.
