| dc.description.abstract | For the first time the main criterion of professional staff recruitment is substantiated, and also the expediency of an assessment separately of each source of professional selection (and not just of the process in general) are defined and proved. The methodology of evaluating of the professional recruitment’s sources is proposed. Three integral indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of specific professional recruitment sources were suggested. The theoretical developments were tested for a specific example of the «Leroy Merlin» company. With the proposed methodology of evaluation of professional recruitment sources you can: evaluate each source of professional staff recruitment in the details and complex at the same time; set the priorities choosing methods of personnel recruiting; justify the budget of the Department of Personnel Management for the search and selection of personnel; identify the strengths and weaknesses of each source; understand the mechanism of the influence on the efficiency of the professional recruitment sources and on the components of the recruitment process as a whole; create an individual plan for recruitment, taking into account all possibilities and objectives. Using the most effective sources of staff recruitment it is possible to reduce considerably the term of the closing of the vacancies and to optimize the costs of the recruitment of the workers. | uk |
