| dc.description.abstract | Діяльність промислових підприємств на зовнішньому і внутрішньому ринках повністю залежить від того, наскільки їх продукція або послуги відповідають стандартам якості. Метою статті є дослідження організаційної і методичної складових для забезпечення якості управління на промислових підприємствах. Проведений аналіз організаційно-методичних засад функціонування систем якості на основі TQM та Комплексної системи управління якістю продукції (КСУЯП). Запропоновано інтеграцію систем якості TQM + КСУЯП для українських промислових підприємств. Використання такої інтеграційної системи дозволяє уникнути негативного результату масштабної реорганізації структури підприємства і розподілити функції нової системи між стандартними, відомими вітчизняним промисловцям, структурними підрозділами підприємства. | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | The solution of the problem of increasing the efficiency of industrial enterprises begins, first of all, from the revision of approaches to ensuring the quality of enterprise development, its activities, products and management of these processes. According to modern approaches, quality is a universal and comprehensive concept that understands not only the quality of products and services we consume, but also the quality of the environment, the quality of human relationships, and the quality of life in general. Consequently, quality appears as a measure of the relationship of business entities in the process of conducting quality business activities. The activity of industrial enterprises in the external and internal markets depends entirely on the extent to which their products or services meet the standards of quality. The purpose of the article is to study the organizational and methodological components to ensure the quality of management in industrial enterprises. An analysis of the organizational and methodological principles of the functioning of quality systems based on TQM and Comprehensive Product Quality Management System (CPQMS). The integration of TQM + CPQMS quality systems for Ukrainian industrial enterprises is proposed. Using such an integration system avoids the negative result of large-scale reorganization of the structure of the enterprise and distribute the functions of the new system between standard, known domestic industrialists, structural divisions of the enterprise. | uk |
