dc.description.abstractУ статті визначено перспективи, перепони та мотиватори глобалізаційних процесів на ринку послуг з охорони здоров’я. Встановлено, що геоекономічна ситуація на ринку медичних послуг характеризується ускладненою комунікацією держав, тому запропоновано як ефективний інструмент колаборацію фахівців та діджіталізацію. Охарактеризовано напрями якісного глобального розвитку ринку послуг з охорони здоров’я як результат колаборації економістів з медичною спільнотою у рамках ISPOR. В умовах асиметричного розвитку глобального ринку здоров’я встановлено, що медичний бізнес – це професіоналізм лікарів, помножений на чітке фінансово-економічне планування та наявні ресурси. Доведено, що цифрова технологізація є дієвим інструментом оптимізації інтеграційних процесів у галузі медицини та технологією ефективної взаємодії Урядів, закладів охорони здоров’я, фармацевтичного бізнесу, страхового бізнесу та споживачів послуг охорони здоров’я. The purpose of the scientific and practical research is to characterize the conditions of functioning of the world and national markets of health services due to the trends of global development of the World Economic System, and to substantiate the directions of qualitative innovative global development of the market of health services. First of all, it is important to identify the areas for harmonizing the benefits of the international integration process of health systems of countries, as a key factor in improving the effectiveness of national economic development. What is relevant is the identification of the threats and benefits of interaction between countries and their business entities within the World Economic System. Creation of new global projects, with the involvement of the global market of medical services is a necessary requirement to adapt to dynamic changes and a necessary component of competitive results. The study of the directions of the qualitative global development of the market for health protection services is an attempt to find tools for the rational interaction of national health systems within the framework of the Global Economy, using economic methods of scientific and practical search, based on the results of collaboration with the medical community in the framework of ISPOR (International Society Pharmacoeconomic and outcome Research). Collaboration of experts from different sectors of the world is an effective technology for solving problems effectively. We believe that artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and digitalization play a large role in the qualitative global development of the healthcare system. This will optimize the exchange of competitive technologies, methods and tools for the provision of medical services between participants in national health systems. Technologization is an effective tool for optimizing integration processes in the field of medicine as a tool for effective interaction between governments, as a decision maker, healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical business, insurance business and consumers of healthcare services. В статье определены перспективы, препятствия и мотиваторы глобализационных процессов на рынке услуг по здравоохранению. Установлено, что геоэкономическая ситуация на рынке медицинских услуг характеризуется осложненной коммуникацией государств, поэтому предложено в качестве эффективного инструмента коллаборацию и диджитализацию. Охарактеризованы направления качественного глобального развития рынка услуг по здравоохранению как результат коллаборации экономистов с медицинским сообществом в рамках ISPOR. В условиях асимметрического развития глобального рынка здоровья установлено, что медицинский бизнес – это профессионализм докторов, умноженный на четкое финансово-экономическое планирование и существующие ресурсы. Доказано, что цифровая технологизация является действенным инструментом оптимизации интеграционных процессов в сфере медицины и технологией эффективного взаимодействия правительств, учреждений здравоохранения, фармацевтического бизнеса, страхового бизнеса и потребителей услуг здравоохранения.
