dc.description.abstractРозглянуто теоретичні аспекти залучення зовнішніх інвестицій у проєкти (у першу чергу в проєкти криптоіндустрії) через первинний випуск певної кількості нових одиниць токенів як по криптовалютах, так і по інших найрізноманітніших криптоактивах. Проаналізована динаміка зміни форм первинного розміщення нових токенів. Визначені причини існування подвійного ставлення держави до правового статусу первинного розміщення токенів. The theoretical aspects of attracting external investments into projects (primarily into crypto industry projects) through the initial issue of a certain number of new token units both for cryptocurrencies and for other various crypto assets are considered. The dynamics of changes in the forms of initial placement of new tokens are analyzed. The reasons for the existence of the state's dual attitude to the legal status of such initial placement of tokens are determined.
