Підкреслюється роль нових факторів у трансформації функцій міст, впливу на характер економічних, соціальних та креативних складових. | dc.description.abstract | Authors consider urgent issues of emergence of the modern paradigm of cities development in the process of their differentiation and transformation into global cities. This paper focuses on the role of new factors in the transformation of the cities’ functions, their impact upon the nature of economic, social and creative components.
