dc.description.abstractУ статті визначено зміст і принципи організації комплаєнс-консалтингової практики. Висвітлено тенденції розвитку українського ринку комплаєнс-консалтингу, а саме: 1) відсутність вузькоспеціалізованих консалтингових компаній у сфері комплаєнсу та лідерство універсальних компаній; 2) наявність попиту як на повний пакет комплаєнс-консалтингових послуг, так і на його окремі складові; 3) поширення аутсорсингу комплаєнс-функцій; 4) слабке інформаційне наповнення ринку; 5) виокремлення антикорупційного комплаєнсу в самостійну консалтингову практику. The article defines the content and principles of organizing the compliance consulting practice. The author has highlighted the following trends in the development of the Ukrainian compliance consulting market: a) the absence of highly specialized consulting companies in the field of compliance in the market and the leadership of universal companies; b) the presence of demand for both the full package of compliance consulting services and its individual components; c) the spread of compliance functions outsourcing; d) weak information content of the market; 5) isolation of the anti-corruption compliance in the form of a separate consulting practice.
