| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the article is to set the tasks for studying the theoretical and methodological principles of forming enterprise competencies in finding a compromise in relations with actors of regional development and defining directions for their solution. In the article it has been shown that the set of relations of enterprises with the regional development actors is very wide and diverse, which requires an enterprise to form the competencies to find the compromise in relations with regional development actors. It has been established that the relations between various actors of regional development take place in the competitive regional environment, which forms an objective economic and organizational space "region-enterprise", the nature of relations in which is determined by the market mechanism. It has been determined that the formation of competences for finding the compromise in the relations of an enterprise with regional development actors is the task of the target nature, and its solution should be sought in the plane of conflict of the goals and interests of individual actors. It has been determined that the necessary direction of research, which deals with forming the competences for finding the compromise in the enterprise's relations with regional development actors, from the standpoint of the systemic approach to the study of socio-economic phenomena is the development of the typology of these relationships, which in general would determine the structure of the required competencies. From this point of view, the main directions of further research within the specified subject area have been proposed in the publication. | uk |
