Abstract
У статті досліджено методичний інструментарій наукового обґрунтування ефективних управлінських дій щодо підвищення результативності господарської діяльності сучасних
аграрних підприємств. Зазначено комплекс основних умов,
що визначають зміни методики дослідження управлінської
практики керівництва аграрних підприємств при відповідному
інформаційному забезпеченні. Для визначення правил вибору рішення, виходячи з наявної інформації та очікувань гравця
представлено декілька критеріїв оцінки, які варто використати
для аналізу, а саме критерії Лапласа, Байеса, Вальда, Севіджа
та Гурвіца. Представлений в статті методичний інструментарій
дозволяє реалізувати принцип функціональної системності
управлінських рішень в процесі розробки програми заходів з
підвищення результативності аграрного підприємства.
The amount of financial results directly reflects all aspects of
the business entity: technology and organization of production, internal and external management, features that determine the quality and volume of the product, cost level, productivity, and so on.
With the further development of market relations there is not one
consumer of information, but several, which are located on certain
hierarchical ladders: the state in the face of the tax administration
and statistics, business partners, business owners, management
staff. For the latter to determine the financial results, and most importantly – their analysis, necessary for management decisions.
The article investigates the methodological tools of scientific substantiation of effective management actions to increase the efficiency of economic activity of modern agricultural enterprises. The
complex of the basic conditions defining changes of a technique of
research of administrative practice of the management of the agricultural enterprises at the corresponding information maintenance
is specified. To determine the rules for choosing a solution, based
on the available information and expectations of the player, there
are several evaluation criteria that should be used for analysis,
namely the criteria of Laplace, Bayes, Wald, Savage and Hurwitz.
The methodical tools presented in the article allow to realize the
principle of functional systematization of administrative decisions
in the course of development of the program of actions for increase of efficiency of the agrarian enterprise. Methodical tools for performance management are determined by the specific needs of the
management of the agricultural enterprise in a given specific situation with appropriate information support. Sustainable efficiency
of an agricultural enterprise can be ensured only by scientifically
substantiating management functions and ensuring the systematic
implementation of management functions. A promising tool for the
systematic implementation of management functions are economic and mathematical models that allow you to predict the effectiveness of the adopted program of action, implemented in the form of
multi-level plans.
В статье исследован методический инструментарий научного обоснования эффективных управленческих действий
по повышению результативности хозяйственной деятельности современных аграрных предприятий. Указано комплекс
основных условий, определяющих изменения методики исследования управленческой практики руководства аграрных
предприятий при соответствующем информационном обеспечении. Для определения правил выбора решения, исходя из
имеющейся информации и ожиданий игрока представлено несколько критериев оценки, которые следует использовать для
анализа, а именно критерии Лапласа, Байеса, Вальда, Сэвиджа и Гурвица. Представленный в статье методический инструментарий позволяет реализовать принцип функциональной
системности управленческих решений в процессе разработки программы мероприятий по повышению результативности
аграрного предприятия.
