Abstract
This thesis addresses the issue of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises during the period of martial law in Ukraine. The author explores the tools and measures that can be used by the government and other stakeholders to ensure the security, stability, and development of this sector during the conflict. The results of the study can be used to formulate policies and programs aimed at ensuring the resilience and growth of the business sector during the conflict.
