| dc.description.abstract | Доведено необхідність виокремлення старопромислових регіонів в якості об’єкту державної регіональної політики. Встановлено характеристики старопромислових регіонів європейського простору та визначено особливості регіонів цього типу в Україні. Визначено типовий шлях набуття регіоном статусу старопромислового. Проаналізовано вітчизняний досвід державної регіональної політики щодо старопромислових регіонів. Оцінено європейський досвід структурного оновлення економіки старопромислових регіонів України. З’ясовано, що при здійсненні структурної перебудови старопромислових регіонів в Україні доцільно використовувати досвід Німеччини – на засадах впровадження «моделі постіндустріального синтезу». Надано рекомендації щодо становлення в старопромислових регіонах Україні «моделі постіндустріального синтезу». | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | The necessity to distinguish the old industrial regions as an object of the state regional policy is proved. The characteristics of the old industrial regions of the European economic area are determined and features of the regions of this type in Ukraine are defined. The typical way of acquiring the status of the old industrial region is demonstrated. The domestic experience of the state regional policy concerning the old industrial regions of Ukraine has been analyzed. The European structural recovery experience of Ukrainian old industrial regions is estimated. The article states that on the way to restructuring of Ukrainian old industrial regions it is advisable to use the experience of Germany – on the basis of implementating the "model of post-industrial synthesis". The recommendations on the formation of "models of post-industrial synthesis" in the old industrial regions of Ukraine are made. | uk |
