dc.description.abstractУ кваліфікаційній роботі схарактеризовано теоретичні засади організаційної структури підприємства та її вплив на ефективність діяльності підприємства. Обґрунтовано типи організаційних структур та визначено внутрішні та зовнішні чинники їх формування. На основі аналізу діяльності ТОВ «Мед Ексім» виявлено ключові структурні проблеми: дублювання функцій, відсутність регламентів наскрізних процесів та перевищення норми керованості директором. Запропоновано виокремити сервісно-технічний відділ та запровадити SLA-контракти. The qualification thesis describes the theoretical principles of the organizational structure of the enterprise and its impact on the efficiency of the enterprise. The types of organizational structures are substantiated and the internal and external factors of their formation are determined. Based on the analysis of the activities of «Med Exim» LLC, key structural problems were identified: duplication of functions, lack of regulations for end-to-end processes and exceeding the norm of control by the director. It is proposed to separate the service and technical department and introduce SLA contracts.
