Емерджентний потенціал підприємства як основа механізму впровадження інновацій та їх просування

Abstract
У статті розглянуто емерджентний потенціал підприємства, який створюється під силою інтеграційних процесів та являється джерелом інноваційного розвитку підприємств та підприємницьких структур. Визначено місце та важливість інноваційних бізнес-процесів та інтелектуального капіталу для реалізації інноваційного потенціалу підприємства. Зазначено, що творчий початок та виникнення новаторських ідей, в більшості випадках, проявляються під силою небезпечних явищ та діють впродовж життєвого циклу інновацій. Виокремлено, систематизовано та охарактеризовано особливості розвитку підприємства за рахунок активізації емерджентних властивостей (технічних інновації та ключових факторів успіху). Виділено причини формування емерджентності, що базуються на інтеграційних процесах підприємств, які об’єднуються у єдину систему, створюючи інноваційний анклав та активізуючи їх внутрішню інноваційну спрямованість. Виділено три основні причини виникнення інноваційної активності: розширення та поглиблення виробничого поділу праці, індустріальні, технологічні або процесні інновації та динаміка інновацій групи підприємств. Охарактеризовано поняття «особливість нововведення», «інноваційна особливість», «моральна невідповідність інновацій» та «емерджентний потенціал підприємства». Виділено характеристику ефектів емерджентності. Визначено поняття емерджентного потенціалу підприємства, який є драйвером механізму впровадження інновацій та їх просування.
The strengthening of the processes of international globalization and integration in the value chains affects the transformational changes not only in the economic development of national economies, but also in business structures in particular. In the conditions of transformation it is extremely important to timely adapt and a balanced and high-quality innovation policy of the enterprise, which is focused on the development of potential that arises by activating the new properties of the enterprise.
The article considers the emergent potential of the enterprise, which is created by the integration processes and is a source of innovative development of enterprises and business structures. The place and importance of innovative business processes and intellectual capital for the realization of the innovative potential of the enterprise are determined. It is noted that the creative beginning and emergence of innovative ideas, in most cases, are manifested under the influence of dangerous phenomena and operate throughout the life cycle of innovation. The peculiarities of the enterprise development due to the activation of emergent properties (technical innovations and key success factors) are singled out, systematized and characterized. The reasons for the emergence of emergencies, based on the integration processes of enterprises, which are combined into a single system, creating an innovation enclave and activating their internal innovation. There are three main reasons for the emergence of innovation activity: the expansion and deepening of the production division of labor, industrial, technological or process innovations and the dynamics of innovation of a group of enterprises. The concepts of "innovation feature", "innovation feature", "moral inconsistency of innovations" and "emergent potential of the enterprise" are characterized. The characteristics of emergence effects are highlighted. The concept of emergent potential of the enterprise, which is the driver of the mechanism of innovation implementation and their promotion, is defined.
