Abstract
This article examines the key factors that can influence sustainable business development, which is particularly important in the wartime and post-war periods. The author examines the role of sustainability programs, such as ESG and impact investing, in the context of their impact on companies' financial performance. The author also analyses the participation of Ukrainian companies in international ESG ratings and indices. The article reveals the importance of energy efficiency and green energy for the future recovery of the Ukrainian economy and highlights the importance of environmental and social issues in society. The author notes the need for active development of green bonds and alternative energy markets to improve the country's image and attractiveness to foreign investors.
