| dc.description.abstract | У статті наведено пріоритетні напрямки утворення механізму універсального вартісного оцінювання матеріальних активів і розкрито пріоритетні напрямки ринкового ціноутворення. Розглянуто основи вартісних підходів ринкової оцінки матеріальних активів, які відповідають багаторівневій функціональній сфері визначення джерела вартості та корегування вартісних властивостей майнових активів. Визначено, що актуальним завданням є підвищення ролі оцінювання у поліпшенні економічної поведінки суб’єктів господарювання з приводу ринкових вимог управління майновими активами. | uk |

Covers the basics of cost approaches to market valuation of tangible assets, which correspond to the multi-level functional area definition source value and the adjustment value of the properties property assets.
