| dc.description.abstract | Досліджено принципові передумови, зміст і наслідки американо-китайського партнерства у парадигмі глобальної біполярності, незважаючи на певні стримуючі фактори та взаємне напруження у відносинах, обґрунтовано доцільність такої взаємодії на різних рівнях з індикацією на обопільну вигідність і безальтернативність в умовах, коли згасають традиційні уклади й індустріальний базис глобальної економічної системи, окреслюється позиціонування США та Китаю у біполярній моделі глобального управління; обґрунтовано наявні стратегічні конкурентні переваги Китайської Народної Республіки та США в контексті забезпечення довгострокових лідерських амбіцій на регіональних і глобальному ринках та виявляється потенційний їхнійзбіг у коротко- і довгостроковій перспективі. The core focus of the article is a Chinese-American rivalry on global economic arena in conditions, when almost all old and out of date behavioral models and influence instruments already have been rejected due to complete incompliance with absolutely new challenges and resource consumption stereotypes. The key goal of the analysis was to determine the principal ways and mechanisms of such a competition and possible cooperation schemes in terms of the loose of American of American control over the unipolar world, that had already been shifted down as harmful and too risky for all global community and progress. China has appeared on a geopolitical map not ready yet to be a global regent due to some civilizational features and partly because of the unwillingness to take responsibility for all global processes. Moreover, this country, despite evident progress in economic development demonstrates some weaknesses in operating globally, first of all, from the geoeconomic point of view, not having protected areas of economic interests, being more regional and not promoting clear and understandable ideology for the rest of the world. Therefore, the analysis showed the low capability of the USA to govern global process together with non-readiness of China to do the same. It was detected, if no changes to be done, one would see very soon a new USA in Asia and the total dilapidation of the old one. The most favorable scenario for both of global players was presented as a bipolar model of global governance with a core, comprised by the USA and China with some specific structural levels and zones of responsibility. | uk |
