| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню сучасних особливостей формування монетарної політики Великобританії в умовах фінансової глобалізації. У статті визначено ключові аспекти діяльності Банку Англії у сфері формування монетарної політики, складу і принципам діяльності Комітету Банку Англії з монетарної політики. Розглядається формування сучасної монетарної політики Великобританії з використанням традиційних (процентна ставка, валютна інтервенція, резервна політика, золото-валютні запаси) і нетрадиційних (програми надання короткострокової ліквідності комерційним банкам, кількісне пом'якшення) інструментів, що застосовувалися під час кризи 2007—2010 рр. Акцентується увага на сучасних аспектах формування монетарної політики Великобританії, зокрема на цільовому рівні інфляції та шляхах його досягнення. Наголошується необхідність подальших розробок у цій сфері з огляду на нарощення кризових явищ та дисбалансів у країнах світу на сучасному етапі розвитку світової економіки та ролі Великобританії у світовому фінансовому середовищі. | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | The article investigates modern features of the formation of the monetary policy of Great Britain in the current conditions of financial globalization. The article outlines key aspects of the Bank of England's activities in the area of monetary policy formation, composition and principles of the Bank of England Monetary Policy Committee. Consideration is given to the formation of UK modern monetary policy using traditional (interest rate, сurrency intervention, reserve policy, gold and foreign currency reserves) and non-traditional (short-term liquidity programs for commercial banks, quantitative easing) instruments used during the crisis of 2007—2010. The emphasis is on contemporary aspects of the formation of the monetary policy of the United Kingdom, in particular on the target level of inflation and the ways of its achievement. The necessity of further developments in this area is stressed in view of the growing crisis and imbalances in the countries of the world at the present stage of development of the world economy and the role UK in the global financial environment. | uk |
