dc.description.abstractНизький рівень цифрової фінансової грамотності громадян є однією з актуальних проблем української банківської системи та економіки в цілому. Висвітлено вплив фінтех інновацій на формування інклюзивної фінансової поведінки населення Цифрові фінансові послуги останніми роками виступають як ключовий чинник фінансової інклюзії. В статті обґрунтовано ролі та значення цифрової фінансової грамотності, визначено чинники, що стимулюють розвиток. Виокремлено складові цифрової фінансової грамотності, серед яких важливу роль відіграють цифрове мислення та цифрова комунікація. Досліджено динаміку поведінки споживачів фінансових послуг різних поколінь. The low level of digital financial literacy of citizens is one of the urgent problems of the Ukrainian banking system and the economy as a whole. In recent years, digital financial services have been a key factor in financial inclusion. The article substantiates the roles and significance of digital financial literacy, determines the factors that stimulate its development. There are the components of digital financial literacy, among which digital thinking and digital communication plays an important role.
