| dc.description.abstract | Досліджено особливості розвитку сучасного ринку праці молоді та окреслено чинники, які впливають на його стан. Обґрунтовано необхідність регулювання процесів працевлаштування молоді на ринку праці України, що визначається як цілеспрямований вплив на поведінку суб’єктів молодіжного сегмента ринку праці з метою забезпечення максимально можливого рівня працевлаштування молоді, що дозволить підвищити якість її життя та створити підґрунтя для сталого розвитку економіки країни. Досліджено основні проблеми зайнятості та соціального захисту молоді в України. Обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення системи моніторингута прогнозування розвитку молодіжного ринку праці. Наведено пропозиції, спрямовані на підвищення конкурентоздатності молоді на ринку праці та стимулюванняроботодавців до створення нових робочих місць. | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need for a concerted action of the market mechanism and the mechanism of state regulation of the youth labor market, the evaluation of the impact of state influence on the level of youth employment and the development of practical recommendations for overcoming the imbalance in the youth labor market. The peculiarities of the development of the modern youth labor market are explored and the factors influencing on its condition are outlined. The necessity of regulation of youth employment processes in the Ukrainian labor market is grounded, which is defined as the purposeful influence on the behavior of the subjects of the youth segment of the labor market in order to provide the maximum possible employment rate for young people, which will improve the quality of young people’s life and create the basis for sustainable development of the economic of the country. The main problems of the employment and social protection of youth in Ukraine are investigated. The necessity to improve the system of monitoring and forecasting of the development of the youth labor market is substantiated. The proposals aimed at increasing the competitiveness of youth in the labor market and encouraging employers to create new jobs are presented. The main priorities of the regulation of youth employment processes in the labor market of the country are determined by the increase of youth competitiveness in the labor market; by the development of employment competences; by the expansion of flexible forms of employment; by the stimulating self-employment; by the balancing of labor markets andeducational services, improving the information provision of employment processes. The practical implementation of the developed conceptual framework for regulating the employment of young people in the labor market will increase the employment rate of young people and the quality of life of the representatives of this socio-demographic group, as well as contribute to creating the basis for sustainable development of the economic of the country. | uk |

Обоснована необходимость регулирования процессов трудоустройства молодежи на рынке труда Украины, который определяется как целенаправленное воздействие на поведение субъектов молодежного сегмента рынка труда с целью обеспечения максимально возможного уровня трудоустройства молодежи, что позволит повысить качество его жизни и создать основу для устойчивого развития экономики страны. Определены основные проблемы занятости и социальной защиты молодежи в Украине. Обоснована необходимость совершенствования системы мониторинга и прогнозирования развития молодежного рынка труда.
