| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджено передумови, мотиви та причини концентрації банківського капіталу. Розглянуто процеси концентрації, консолідації та централізації капіталу. На шляху укрупнення комерційних банків, кожний банк при укладанні угод злиття та поглинання буде керуватися своїми спонукальними мотивами. На основі мотивів, якими керуються банки при нарощенні капіталу, формуються причини концентрації. Головною метою банківських установ при концентрації капіталу є максимізація прибутку та посилення конкурентних переваг на ринку, що зумовлені значно кращими фінансовими можливостями. | uk |
