Abstract
The article refleets the institutional features of the economic security of the
state in conditions of instability and tlie emergence of internal and external threats
associated with the cyclical nature of the economy in conditions of globalization. The main factors of economic sqfety and institutional contradictions are considered. Tlie risks of entry of TNCs in the national financial system under conditions of weak control and regulation of their activities by the state are investigated. The author also presents tlie problems of economic security of Ukraine and its main course of sustainable development.
