| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню технологій фінансування соціальних проектів та ролі окремих стейкхолдерів під час реалізації цього процесу. Проаналізовано сутнісні характеристики соціального інвестиційного проекту. Зроблено порівняльний аналіз соціального, інвестиційного та соціального інвестиційного проектів на основі характеристики ключових ефектів, притаманних для кожного із них. Висунуто гіпотезу щодо рівнозначно важливої ролі соціального та економічного ефектів у процесі соціально-економічного розвитку сучасного суспільства. Проаналізовано потенціал застосування окремих технологій фінансування на кожному етапі реалізації соціального інвестиційного проекту. Наведено успішні приклади диверсифікації джерел фінансування соціальних інвестиційних проектів в Україні. На основі досліджень практик грантового фінансування визначено, що основною функцією грантодавця є грантмейкінг (grantmaking). The article is devoted to the research of technologies of social projects financing and the role of individual stakeholders within such process implementation. The essential characteristics of the social investment project are analyzed. A comparative analysis of social, investment and social investment projects is provided based on the compartment of particular characteristics, which are appropriate for them. The hypothesis concerning the equally important role of social and economic effects in the process of social and economic development of modern society has been put forward. The potential of the application of particular financing technologies of social project financing at each stage of the social investment project realization is analyzed. In particular, alternative financial sources are attracted at pre investment, investment and production stages of social investment project. The attraction of grant funding from both international, regional and national organizations is becoming more and more popular at all stages of the implementation of modern social innovative projects. In particular, USAID is concerned as one of the most powerful international donors operating in Ukraine. At the same time, the resources of philanthropists and private foundations are playing a significant role in the national grant funding market along with international funds. It is determined that globalization has caused the crowdfunding technologies widespread. Thereby, the potential of social investment project financing through crowdfunding technologies, including Big Idea and Na Starte platforms, in Ukraine is analyzed. Some successful examples of sources for social investment projects financial support diversification in Ukraine are given. In accordance of grant funding practices research, it has been identified that the primary function of the grantor is to grantmaking, including the grant purpose determining; justification of the criteria to be met by the potential beneficiaries of the grant, maximum and minimum limats of a single grant, the deadline for application submission. | uk |
