dc.description.abstractIn the paper, based on bibliographic research, the relevance of the problem of transformation of food systems is confirmed. Depending on the analysis of the Food System Economics Commission (FSEC), the World Bank, Statista's international statistical database, and the published publications on the issue, the necessity of transformation of food systems is substantiated for sustainable development. At the end of the research, conclusions are drawn and recommendations are offered.
