Abstract
У цій статті підняте питання ефективності муніципальної транспортної системи на прикладі української столиці. Подаючи визначення поняття «транспортна система» та її структуру, автори зосереджують свою увагу саме на наземній частині транспорту м. Києва. Визначено особливості функціонування муніципальної наземної транспортної мережі міста Києва, показано фактори, що впливають на неї, а також шляхи підвищення ефективності її функціонування. Окрему увагу приділено інноваційному потенціалу муніципальної транспортної системи, засобам діджиталізації та можливостям їх використання у сучасних реаліях. Визначення поняття «ефективність» розкривається на основі аналізу різних точок зору, відображених в спеціальній літературі. Особливістю підходу авторів статті є врахування соціальної функції муніципальної наземної транспортної системи, значення якої зростає в умовах військового часу. Для з’ясування практичної сторони економічної ефективності в роботі обрано та згруповано показники для її оцінки. На основі трирічної статистики виявлені тенденції функціонування транспортної системи в контексті муніципального транспорту міста Києва, що забезпечується діяльністю комунального підприємства «Київпастранс». Проаналізовано позитивні та негативні чинники впливу на економічну ефективність. Визначені шляхи для покращення збалансованого функціонування муніципальної наземної транспортної системи у м. Києві з урахуванням задіяння інноваційних факторів.
This article raises the question of the effectiveness of the municipal transport system on the example of the Ukrainian capital. Defining the concept of "transportation system" and its structure, the authors focus their attention precisely on the ground part of transport in the city of Kyiv. The types of public transport that represent the municipal transport system of the capital are named. The peculiarities of the functioning of the municipal ground transport network of the capital of Ukraine are determined, the factors affecting it are shown, as well as ways to increase the efficiency of its functioning. Special attention is paid in this article to the innovative potential of the municipal transport system, means of digitization and the possibilities of their use in modern realities. The definition of the concept of "efficiency" is revealed on the basis of the analysis of various points of view reflected in the special literature. A feature of the approach of the authors of this article is the consideration of the social function of the municipal ground transport system, the importance of which increases in wartime conditions. In order to find out the practical side of economic efficiency, indicators for its evaluation are selected and grouped in this work. On the basis of three-year statistics, the trends of the functioning of the transport system in the context of the municipal transport of the city of Kyiv, which is provided by the activity of the municipal enterprise "Kyivpastrans", have been revealed. The article provides a list of the latest technologies implemented, thanks to which the functioning of the municipal ground transport network of the capital of Ukraine is ensured today. According to the results of the analysis of the municipal ground transport system in the city of Kyiv, positive and negative factors of influence on economic efficiency are indicated. The need to introduce specific measures to increase the economic efficiency of the municipal ground transport system is indicated. Ways to improve the balanced functioning of the municipal ground transport system in the city of Kyiv, taking into account the involvement of innovative factors, are identified.
