| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено визначенню взаємозв'язку між роллю, функціями і завданнями Державного бюджету України для формування і впровадження у практику механізму державного бюджетування за допомогою візуалізації базових основ Держбюджету України, що дозволить вдосконалити підходи до визначення стратегічних цілей управлінського значення, під які будуть розроблятися програми та застосовуватися сучасні технології бюджетування. У результаті дослідження визначено роль і місце Державного бюджету у фінансовій системі України, а також у житті країни, суспільства та індивідуумів. На основі взаємозв'язку функцій і завдань головного фінансового плану запропоновано розрізняти поняття "Державний бюджет України" і "державне бюджетування". Рекомендовано до застосування схему базових основ Державного бюджету України з урахуванням сучасних закономірностей, тенденцій та процесів соціально-економічного розвитку країни. | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | The article is devote definition of the relationship between role, functions and tasks of the State Budget of Ukraine for the formation and introduction into practice of the mechanism of State budgeting by means of visualization of the basic principles of the State Budget of Ukraine. It will be improve approaches to the definition of strategic objectives of managerial significance under which programs will be development and applied for modern budgeting technology. The article defines the State budget role and place in the financial system of Ukraine, as well as in the development of the country, society and individuals lives. Based upon the connections between the functions and tasks of the fundamental financial plan, it is proposed to distinguish notions the "State budget of Ukraine" and the "state budgeting". It is recommended to invade the scheme of the basic foundations of the State Budget of Ukraine, with due regard to current conformities, tendencies, processes of state social and economic development. | uk |
