| dc.description.abstract | У статті визначено сутність індивідуально-консультативної роботи викладача у ВНЗ, описано основні види консультацій у ВНЗ, розглянуто специфіку організації індивідуально-консультативної роботи викладача та визначені основні етапи організаційної структури ІКР викладача. Автором також проаналізовано особливості управління ефективною взаємодією викладача зі студентами при проведенні консультацій. У статті представлені елементи авторського тренінгу, який входить до складу тренінг-курсу для викладачів вищих навчальних закладів «Формування психолого-педагогічної компетентності викладачів» й проводиться у КНЕУ імені Вадима Гетьмана. The article determines the essence of lecturer individual counseling in higher educational institution, describes the main types of consultations in higher educational institution: thematic consultations, purpose-oriented counseling, advice on solitary work, counseling using active learning methods. The author deals with the particularity of effective lecturer individual counseling: the detailed planning and organization, theoretical basis and guidance notes helping to organize the work, communication skills of lecturer advice-giver, development of effective relationships between lecturer and students. The article defines the specifity of organization of lecturer individual counseling and presents the main stages of the organizational structure of lecturer individual counseling which include: preliminary contact with students, establishing contacts with students, goal-setting advisory work, set tasks, general summarizing. The author also reviews the particularity of organization of effective interaction between lecturer and students during individual counseling in higher education. For effective coordination the lecturer should establish a communicative contact with students, create an atmosphere of comfort and kindness. To achieve this, the lecturer should be prepared to overcome some psychological difficulties that could occur while counseling students and damage working efficiency. The author describes a "fear" of students that take place during individual counseling with students. The establishment of the lecturer optimal pedagogical contact with students is important during consultations. The lecturer should use described in the article communication techniques to attain these goals. The article presents the elements of author's training "Organization of individual counseling with students" which is part of the training course for lecturers in higher educational institutions "The formation of psychological and pedagogical competence of lecturers" and is held since 2007 in Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman. The interactive methods proposed by author in training will enable lecturers to form the ability to simulate and analyse the situations of interaction between lecturer and student during individual counseling; the ability to build effective conversation during the consultations and opportunity to overcome psychological difficulties and establishment of lecturer pedagogical contact with students during the consultations in higher education. В статье описана сущность индивидуально-консультативной работы преподавателя вуза, рассмотрены основные виды консультаций, которые проводятся в вузе; проанализирована специфика организации индивидуально-консультативной работы и даны основные этапы организационной структуры ИКР преподавателя. Автором также проанализированы особенности управления эффективным взаимодействием преподавателя со студентами при проведении консультаций.
