| dc.description.abstract | The article deals with the essence of equity form of business financing and analyzes dynamics of joint-stock companies’ foundation in Ukraine. The authors compared statistical data on securities markets of the USA, China, Poland and Ukraine in order to characterize the scale of the domestic stock market. Special attention was given to the generation of equity capital by local companies via IPO in foreign markets. The factors preventing enterprises from using equity financing in Ukraine were revealed, as well as the ways of activization of this process were suggested. | en |
