| dc.description.abstract | Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота на тему «Удосконалення організаційної структури підприємства» здобувача Бондаря Андрія зосереджена на дослідженні та аналізі організаційної структури управління ТОВ «Нібулон». Робота складається з трьох основних розділів. Перший розділ охоплює теоретико-методичну основу дослідження організаційної структури підприємства, включаючи визначення принципів її проектування, основні поняття і види організаційних структур, а також фактори, що впливають на її вибір. Другий розділ присвячений аналізу організаційної структури управління ТОВ «Нібулон», де представлено організаційно-економічну характеристику досліджуваного підприємства, аналіз середовища його діяльності та оцінку ефективності організаційної структури управління. У третьому розділі роботи висвітлені напрямки по вдосконаленню організаційної структури управління ТОВ «Нібулон», зокрема надані пропозиції по її оптимізації та здійснено оцінку від впровадження запропонованого заходу. Мета роботи полягає в розробці комплексу пропозицій і рекомендацій для того, щоб своєчасно модернізувати структуру по управлінню підприємства. Результати дослідження включають практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення організаційної структури управління ТОВ «Нібулон», що дозволить посилити ринкову позицію підприємства завдяки комплексному здійсненню функцій в зовнішньому і внутрішньому маркетингу, а також усунути суттєвий недолік, пов’язаний з перевантаженістю генерального і виконавчого директорів, оптимально розподіливши повноваження. The qualification bachelor's thesis on "Improvement of the organisational structure of the enterprise" by the applicant Andrii Bondar focuses on the study and analysis of the organisational structure of the management of Nibulon LLC. The work consists of three main sections. The first chapter covers the theoretical and methodological basis for the study of the organisational structure of the enterprise, including the definition of the principles of its design, the basic concepts and types of organisational structures, as well as the factors influencing its choice. The second section is devoted to the analysis of the organisational management structure of Nibulon LLC, which presents the organisational and economic characteristics of the researched enterprise, analysis of its environment and evaluation of the efficiency of the organisational management structure. The third section of the article highlights the directions of improvement of the organisational management structure of "Nibulon" LLC, in particular, proposals for its optimisation and evaluation of the effect of the proposed measures. The aim of the study is to develop a set of proposals and recommendations in order to modernise the management structure of the enterprise in a timely manner. The results of the study include practical recommendations for improving the organisational management structure of Nibulon LLC, which will strengthen the market position of the enterprise through the integrated implementation of functions in external and internal marketing, as well as eliminate a significant drawback associated with the overload of the general and executive directors, optimally distribute. | |
