| dc.description.abstract | У дослідженні розкрито основні складові процесу економічної інтеграції Криму із Україною, процесу, який значно прискорився і набув актуальності після завершення Другої світової війни. Для розкриття проблеми автором було залучено значний масив документів Центрального державного архіву громадських об’єднань, Центрального державного архіву вищих органів влади та управління України, а також Державного архіву Херсонської області. На основі аналізу документів здійснено комплексне дослідження головних передумов формування цілісного господарського комплексу на територіальній основі південних районів України і Кримського півострова. The study reveals the main components of the process of the Crimea’s integration with Ukraine, the process that gained pace considerably and came to the force after the end of World War Two. To uncover the problem, the author used a substantial collection of documents from the Central State Archives of Public Organizations, Central State Archives of Supreme Authorities and Governments of Ukraine, and Kherson Oblast State Archive. Following the document analysis, a comprehensive study of the main preconditions of establishing the integral economic complex on the territorial basis of the southern areas of Ukraine and the Crimea was carried out. Infrastructure projects were adopted as the main preconditions of establishing the integral economic complex; of those, constructing the Kharkiv-Simferopol highway (the key section of Moscow-Simferopol highway), establishing the Southern Energy Area, and developing the crossing capacity of Stalin Railway network, covering Zaporizzhia and Kherson Oblasts in the Ukrainian SSR and Crimean Oblast, were the basic ones. Workforce mobilization problem was urgent for implementing the large-scale construction projects given the postwar period’s socioeconomic conditions. Workforce condition analysis revealed that the situation concerning the workforce supply to peninsula’s main economy sectors was catastrophic due to wartime losses and expulsion of the indigenous peoples (Tatars, Bulgarians, and Greeks) from the Crimea. For that reason, the key infrastructure projects were implemented by providing the workforce and materiel for their preliminary and initial phases from the Ukrainian SSR and under the guidance of the Ukraine’s Soviet Government and the ruling party KP(b)U (KPU). The core economy sectors on the Crimean Peninsula just before its transfer from the Russian SFSR to the Ukrainian SSR in 1954, such as agriculture, recreational industry, and manufacturing sector were in extremely difficult condition. They needed constant support that was provided out of Ukrainian resources. Construction of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Station and the South Ukrainian and North Crimean canals as well as the system of irrigation of the Ukraine’s southern areas and Crimea’s northern areas laid all groundwork for establishing the integral economic complex on the territorial basis of the Ukraine’s southern areas and Crimea’s northern areas. That construction was carried out with the active leadership of the Communist Party of Ukraine and the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR, and active economic development of the Ukraine’s southern areas adjacent to the Crimea took place in the process of its implementation. In that way, the groundwork for further economic development of the Crimean resources was laid. В исследовании раскрыты основные составляющие процесса экономической интеграции Крыма с Украиной, который значительно ускорился и приобрел актуальность после окончания Второй мировой войны. Для раскрытия проблемы автором был использован значительный массив документов Центрального государственного архива общественных объединений, Центрального государственного архива высших органов власти и управления Украины, а также Государственного архива Херсонской области. На основе анализа документов осуществлено комплексное исследование главных предпосылок формирования целостного хозяйственного комплекса на территориальной основе южных районов Украины и Крымского полуострова. | uk_UA |
