Ілюзія комунікації в умовах Industry 5.0: від цифрової депривації до людиноцентричного підходу в управлінні

Abstract
This study explores the phenomenon of the “illusion of communication” in the context of Industry 5.0 and its impact on organizational performance. The paper examines how digital communication tools, while enhancing the speed of information exchange, contribute to cognitive overload, fragmentation of attention, and reduced quality of managerial decision-making. Drawing on interdisciplinary insights from management theory, cognitive psychology, and neuroscience, the study highlights the physiological and psychological consequences of digital deprivation and hyperconnectivity. The findings emphasize the need for a transition from information-centric to human-centered communication models. The paper demonstrates that integrating neuro-management principles, communication minimalism, and psychological safety practices can improve organizational effectiveness and sustainability in the digital era.
