dc.description.abstractАктуальність роботи обумовлена тим, що світова економіка з року в рік демонструє усталений тренд щодо розширення тіньового сегмента. Найбільші загрози тінізації світової економіки пов’язані з глобальним ландшафтом реалізації тіньових господарських операцій, який деформує параметри конкурентного середовища та базових ринкових інститутів капіталістичної системи, у докорінний спосіб змінює чинні бізнес-схеми та негативно впливає на економічну поведінку суб’єктів господарювання та психологію homo economicus. Метою статті є розкриття особливостей діяльності глобальних фінансових організацій як важливих компонентів інституційної системи детінізації світової економіки. У роботі розкрито, що визначальне значення у розробленні та впровадженні країнами детінізаційного інструментарію має інституційний механізм детінізації глобальної економіки. Проведено систематизацію суб’єктів детінізації фінансового сектору світової економіки, які в архітектурі відіграють ключову роль на сьогодні, зокрема їх поділ на міжнародні універсальні організації, міжнародні фінансові організації та міжнародні спеціалізовані інституції. Розкрито, що ці інституції пройшли різний шлях еволюції та різняться за масштабами діяльності, рівнем організаційно-мережевого розвитку та продуктивністю зусиль щодо детінізації. Доведено, що офшорний банкінг становить особливий тип інституцій, інструментарій детінізації діяльності яких має враховувати масштаби їх впливу на національні економіки. Виявлено важливу роль нормативних документів, які детермінують як якісні характеристики середовища діяльності фінансових інституцій, так і діяльності з детінізації економічних відносин та систем. Встановлено, що експертиза, якою володіють фахівці, яких залучають до функціонування суб’єктів детінізації фінансового сектору світової економіки, доводить значущість людського капіталу для соціально-економічного розвитку. The relevance of the work is set by the fact that the world economy from year to year demonstrates an established trend in the expansion of the shadow segment. The biggest threats to the shadowing of the world economy are related to the global landscape of the implementation of shadow economic transactions, which deforms the parameters of the competitive environment and the basic market institutions of the capitalist system, fundamentally changes the current business schemes and negatively affects the economic behaviour of business entities and the psychology of homo economicus. The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of the activities of global financial organizations as important components of the institutional system of unshadowing of the world economy. The work revealed that the institutional mechanism of unshadowing of the global economy is of decisive importance in the development and implementation of unshadowing tools by countries. The subjects of unshadowing of the financial sector of the world economy, which play a key role in architecture today, have been systematized, including their division into universal international organizations, international financial organizations, and international specialized institutions. It is revealed that these institutions have gone through a different path of evolution and differ in the scope of their activities, the degree of organizational and network development, and the productivity of efforts to universal. It has been proven that offshore banking is a special type of institutions, the toolkit of universal of their activities should take into account the scale of their influence on national economies. The important role of normative documents, which determine both the qualitative characteristics of the environment of financial institutions and the activity of universal of economic relations and systems, has been revealed. It has been established that the expertise possessed by specialists who are involved in the functioning of subjects of the financial sector of the world economy proves the importance of human capital for socio-economic development.
