| dc.description.abstract | В статті досліджуються теоретичні та прикладні рекомендації щодо трансформації глобального продовольчого ринку в системі глобального економічного розвитку. Розвиток сучасного глобального продовольчого ринку за умов стрімкої інтернаціоналізації ринків продовольчих товарів може бути досягнуто на основі виробництва продукції, що має високу частку доданої вартості та забезпечує конкурентоспроможність її виробника на внутрішньому та зовнішньому ринках, а основою такої продукції є сучасні передові технології. Досліджено роль та місце трансформації глобального продовольчого ринку у парадигмі глобального економічного розвитку. З оглядом на його багатовимірність, надано характеристику глобальному продовольчому ринку за такими складовими компонентами: людська, регіональна, інституціональна, регуляторна, галузева, ресурсна, підприємницька, фінансова, ринкова. Це дозволило системно підкреслити високу актуальність обраної проблематики. The article examines theoretical and applied recommendations for transformation of the global food market in the system of global economic development. The development of modern global food market under conditions of its rapid internationalization can be achieved on the basis of high share added value production, that ensures the competitiveness of its producers in the domestic and foreign markets, and the basis of modern advanced technologies introduced in agricultural and food products. According to the WTO, food export are the component of agricultural products. The specific weight of global food exports in the total export of goods is constantly increasing both due to the increase in food prices and the increase in terms of volumes. It is predicted that this trend will continue in the future, and this will definitely affect the transformation of the global food market. The role and place for transformation of the global food market in the global economic development paradigm is studied. Given its multidimensionality, the global food market was analyzed through the following components: human, regional, institutional, regulatory, industry, resource, entrepreneurial, financial and market environmental components. This made it possible to emphasize the high relevance of the issues. The development of the global food market usually depends on the leading countries that export these goods, namely: the USA, the Netherlands, Brazil, Germany, China, France, Spain, Canada, Italy and Belgium. From this list, we can conclude that the vast majority of them are economically developed countries. Only the People's Republic of China and Brazil are among countries whose economies are developing. In international trade as a whole, there is an insignificant number of leading countries, the first ten account for half of the volume of world trade. The situation is the same with food trade. However, there is an increase in world trade volumes in the food trade, and such dynamics, in our opinion, will continue. Technological changes, the fourth industrial revolution, innovations will pour into the global food market and lead to its significant transformation. The above gives high relevance to the selected topic for the research. | |
