dc.description.abstractДисертація присвячена обґрунтуванню теоретико-методологічних засад формування, функціонування і розвитку ринку страхових послуг, опрацюванню практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення транспарентності та ефективності ринку страхових послуг України. На основі використання наукового інструментарію економічної теорії, філософії та фінансової науки обґрунтовано нові наукові підходи до розкриття сутності ринку страхових послуг через вихідні домінанти, котрі визначають його фінансову природу, сутність, тенденції та перспективи розвитку: страхування та страхову послугу. Уточнено сутність страхування як специфічної фінансової категорії. Визначено економічний зміст страхової послуги як фінансового зобов’язання. Доведено відмінності між поняттями «страховий ринок» та «ринок страхових послуг». Досліджено сучасний стан і тенденції ринку страхових послуг України, виявлено причини неефективної дії на ньому основних елементів ринкового саморегулювання (попиту, пропозиції, ціни, конкуренції). Обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення державного регулювання ринку страхових послуг з метою підвищення його транспарентності та ефективності. Визначено головні внутрішні та зовнішні чинники, котрі обумовлюють перспективи розвитку вітчизняного ринку страхових послуг в сучасних умовах.uk
dc.description.abstractThe dissertation is devoted to the grounding of the theoretical and methodological bases of the forming and functioning of the domestic market of insurance services also to the practical recommendations as for the increasing of its social-economic significance. New theoretical and methodological approaches to the producing of the essence of the market of insurance services by means of initial dominants: insurance itself and insurance service were proved. The essence of the insurance as the financial category was shown. The economic maintenance of the insurance service as the specific financial obligation was defined. The differences between the terms «insurance market» and «the market of insurance services» were proved. The up-to-date state of the market of insurance services of Ukraine was investigated; the reasons of the inefficient actions of the basic elements of the market self-regulation (demand, supply, prices and competition) in it were recognized; the propositions as to increasing of the level of its transparency and effectiveness were developed. The conceptual bases of state regulatory influence on a development of the market of insurance services were formed. The main internal and external factors, which define the perspectives of the development of the domestic market of insurance services at the present-day conditions, were shown.uk
