Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) has become an essential tool in the digital transformation journey of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). By leveraging AI, these companies can streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance decisionmaking processes. The theses explores the growing relevance of AI for SMEs, highlights the key challenges and opportunities, and presents findings on how AI can positively impact these businesses.
