dc.description.abstractЗростання значення інформаційних технологій у нашому житті змушує постійно переглядати підходи до їх використання. Інформаційні системи з метою максимальної автоматизації процесів запроваджуються в усіх сферах життя, творчості та підприємницької діяльності людини. Ускладнення структури об’єктів предметної області, яка має бути автоматизована, призводить до комплікації архітектури інформаційної системи та логіки її функціонування. У статті розглянуто програмну реалізацію автоматизації обліку реорганізованих підприємств галузі охорони здоров’я з урахуванням постійних, часом кардинальних, змін предметної області діяльності цих суб’єктів господарювання. Проаналізовано основні завдання, які постають перед розробниками автоматизованих інформаційних систем для забезпечення потреб користувачів, досліджено структуру АІС «Дебет Плюс» на прикладі конфігурації для закладів охорони здоров’я. Розглянуто підходи проєктування архітектури, розробки та використання інформаційних систем з урахуванням невизначеності вимог до програмного забезпечення. Обґрунтовано важливість контролю за дотриманням валідності вхідних та вихідних даних, які опрацьовуються інформаційною системою. Подано конкретні приклади процесів взаємодії як користувачів з кінцевим програмним забезпеченням, так і різних інформаційних систем для реалізації потреб обміну інформацією, формування звітності, її аналізу та аудиту. Розглянуто основні складові частини автоматизованої інформаційної системи, подано опис їхніх функцій, способів взаємодії, реалізації механізмів валідації даних на різних етапах та рівнях функціонування інформаційної системи. Зроблено висновки щодо важливості та необхідності валідації даних на всіх рівнях функціонування інформаційної системи для покращення процесів обміну інформацією як в середині окремо взятої інформаційної системи, так і в рамках інфраструктури галузевих та загальнодержавних інформаційних систем. The growing importance of information technologies in our lives forces us to constantly review approaches to their use. Information systems with the aim of maximum automation of processes are introduced in all spheres of human life, creativity, and entrepreneurial activity. The complexity of the structure of objects in the subject area, which must be automated, leads to the complication of the architecture of the information system and the logic of its functioning. The article considers the software implementation of accounting automation of reorganized enterprises in the field of health care, considering constant, sometimes drastic, changes in the subject area of activity of these business entities. The main tasks faced by the developers of automated information systems to meet the needs of users were analyzed, and the structure of the automated information system Debet Plus was studied using the example of a configuration for healthcare institutions. Approaches to architecture design, development, and use of information systems are considered, considering the uncertainty of software requirements. Special attention is paid to the validation of data in the context of reporting of business entities. The importance of monitoring the validity of input and output data processed by the information system is substantiated. Specific examples of the processes of interaction of both users with the end software and various information systems to implement the needs of information exchange, reporting, analysis, and auditing are provided. The main components of the automated information system are considered, and a description of their functions, methods of interaction, and implementation of data validation mechanisms at various stages and levels of the information system's functioning are provided. Conclusions were made regarding the importance and necessity of data validation at all levels of information system functioning to improve information exchange processes both within a single information system and within the framework of the infrastructure of industry and national information systems.uk_UA
